libcg3-dev software package provides Headers and static library to develop using the CG-3 library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcg3-dev
libcg3-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcg3-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcg3-dev *
You will get with libcg3-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
